There is not one. The theme is complete, nothing inside is paid and no features are locked. We earn through the partnership when you run IDX Broker, so the download can stay free.
Is this the MyHome from ThemeForest?
Same team and the same design language. MyHome IDX is our rebuild of MyHome around IDX Broker, so the MLS side is part of the theme instead of an add-on.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The free version of Elementor is all the theme needs. Pro works fine if you already own it, but nothing in MyHome IDX depends on it.
What if I stop using IDX Broker?
