  • IDX Broker API key
  • Communications you send us (e.g., support requests)

Automatically collected data:

  • IP address, browser info, OS, device info
  • Usage logs (e.g., pages viewed, errors)
  • Cookies and similar technologies

From IDX Broker (via your API key):

  • Search helper data like zip codes, property types, cities, and counties needed to power search forms
  • We do not store actual property listings - those are fetched directly from IDX Broker when needed

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the IDX Plugin and widgets
  • Display property listings and support your MLS search functionality
  • Process support requests and communicate with you
  • Analyze usage to improve service quality and performance
  • Comply with legal requirements

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your account information and search helper data (like zip codes, property types, cities, and counties) on secure servers provided by Vultr in New Jersey, United States. We do not store actual property listings - only the data needed to power search forms. Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the service.

If you delete your account or remove your IDX Broker API key, your data is promptly deleted from our system. Access to user data is restricted to authorized staff only.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it:

  • With service providers like Paddle (payments) or Fathom Analytics (privacy-focused analytics), only as needed
  • With legal authorities if required
  • With your consent

6. Your Rights

All users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data, object to marketing, and withdraw consent at any time.

We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

7. Cookies and Marketing

We use cookies for:
